Scope and contact
This notice covers the ZORAA information website and its early-access and contact forms. It does not describe a future startup-evaluation product. For a privacy question, correction, deletion or withdrawal request, use the contact form and select “Privacy / remove my details”.
Information you submit
The early-access form collects your name, email address, selected role, optional organisation, consent and submission time. The contact form collects your name, email address, topic, message, consent and submission time. Do not submit financial account details, passwords, identity documents or confidential startup records.
Why we use it
Early-access details are stored to manage interest in ZORAA and enable relevant product or beta updates. Contact submissions are stored so that the ZORAA owner can review and respond to your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically enrol you in marketing updates.
The current website stores submissions; it does not send automated confirmation or marketing emails. Future outreach should honour your stated preferences.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in a hosted database available to the site owner through the site management service. They are not shown in a public directory or accessible through a public submissions endpoint. The hosting infrastructure processes data to operate the website.
The application uses an hourly rotating hash of a request’s network address to limit repeated submissions. It does not store raw IP addresses in the enquiry records. Rate-limit records are removed after their short expiry during subsequent submissions. Hosting providers may separately process network and security logs.
Cookies and analytics
ZORAA has not added advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts or application cookies to this website. Hosting infrastructure may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver or protect the site. No visitor analytics dashboard is enabled by this implementation.
Retention and removal
Enquiry records have a 12-month expiry in the application and expired records are removed during subsequent submissions. You may request earlier removal or a correction using the contact form. Requests are reviewed manually and may require identity verification before data is changed.
Withdrawal means your details should no longer be used for early-access outreach. Removal from backups or provider logs may follow the hosting provider’s own lifecycle.
Your choices
Joining early access is optional. The organisation field is optional. You may browse the informational pages without completing a form. Use the contact form for access, correction, deletion or consent-withdrawal requests, and include the email address used when signing up.
Changes
The notice will need to be updated before enabling materially different data collection, analytics, messaging or product functionality. The date above identifies this website edition.
